A) Account & authentication

• Google Sign-In information (basic profile data such as your Google account identifier and email, depending on what you approve) to authenticate you and associate your subscription status.

B) App content you create

• Activities, routines, preferences, and notes you enter in the App (for example: For today lists, long-term activities, Mind notebook folders/notes, and settings).
• This content is primarily stored locally on your device.

C) Purchases & subscriptions

• If you subscribe to Pro, we process purchase/subscription information via Google Play Billing (for example: purchase tokens and subscription status) to activate and maintain Pro features.

D) Notifications (optional)

• If you enable reminders, we may store your notification preferences (e.g., which reminders are enabled and times).

E) AI features (optional)

• If you use AI-powered features (e.g., suggestions or turning ideas into activities), your input text may be sent to our backend for processing and to generate a response.

F) Diagnostics / analytics (limited)

• We may collect basic app events (e.g., feature usage) to improve the App.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through analytics.
